The Circle Telecom Training Centre is  co-located and functioning in the same campus as Regional Telecom Training Centre. CTTC conducts training to Phone Mechanic and Sr.TOA. Programmes are arranged together with the RTTC programmes The infrastructure available for RTTC such as library, laboratories, classrooms and bus etc. is also shared by CTTC.
